The registration fee is $45 for students and postdoctoral fellows and $65 for faculty members. Please pay me directly at the conference by cash or cheque. When you pay the registration fee, I will post a receipt for you here. Please let me know if this receipt is not satisfactory for any reason. (Here is a sample.)
If you will attend only a small part of the conference, and are wondering whether you should pay the registration fee, the rule to apply is this: If you partake of the food and beverage service provided during the coffee break at any point, then we ask that you pay the registration fee. It is true that you are unlikely to consume your fees worth of food and beverage, but logistical costs are included, of course.
