RUGGALAH Dough: 1. Mix together (I use my hands for this) 1/2 lb unsalted butter softened 8oz cream cheese softened 2. Add 2 cups flour and combine into sticky ball (again I use my hands) 3. Knead dough 4. Put dough into refrigerator (or freezer if in hurry) until hardened enough to roll out Filling (generally better to make more): 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup seedless raisins 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup finely chopped walnut (I actually prefer pecans) 1. Sprinkle some filling on rolling surface 2. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll into thin circle, sprinkling filling on top as roll out so that rolls into dough 3. Cover top with layer of filling making sure gets all the way to edges 4. Cut as pizza into 16 wedges 5. Roll each wedge from outside into inside so that looks like tapering cinnamon roll 6. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees 15-18 minutes (until browning)
