Accommodations

Kingston is a popular summer destination so please make your reservations early. We suggest that you book your accommodations from August 9-12 so that you can attend all of the planned events. Hotels close to Queen's University with blocks of rooms reserved at a special rate for our workshop are listed below.

Residence Inn Kingston Water's Edge
This hotel is a short walk (less than 15 minutes) from the School of Medicine. This will be the venue for the Dinner Reception and Poster Session on August 10, and will also be the departure/arrival point of the bus to QUBS on August 11. A special price of $199/night for studio suites from August 9-12 is available to workshop participants. Parking is extra at $30/night. Book by July 9 to get the discounted rate.

Four Points by Sheraton Kingston
This hotel is in the downtown area and is a 15-minute walk from the School of Medicine. A special price of $199/night from August 9-12 with free parking is available to workshop participants. Book by July 9 to get the discounted rate.

Holiday Inn Kingston - Waterfront
This hotel is in the downtown area and is a 20-minute walk from the School of Medicine. A special price of $189/night from August 9-12 is available to workshop participants. Parking is extra at $24/night. Book by July 10 to get the discounted rate.
